Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health Updates List of Prohibited Substances in Cosmetics

On January 31, 2025, Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health issued the Notification “List of Prohibited Substances in Cosmetic Manufacturing, Fourth Edition (B.E. 2568 [2025]) ” in the Royal Gazette. This notification was established under Sections 5 and 6 of the Cosmetics Act (B.E. 2558 [2015]) to align with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD) and took effect on February 1, 2025.
